So as you can see there are many ways to take sarms and combine them. When stacking the first time, always start with low doses of sarms and see how your body reacts to that. When it feels good you can always up the dose a little after 2 or 3 weeks in your cycle.
At low doses most of the time you will not need a PCT, but experimenting with higher doses will require the use of a PCT
